Information and cancellation policy:
*You will receive 2 notifications via e-mail: 24 hours before your scheduled lesson and 4 hours before the start of your lesson. * Please cancel or get in touch with your teacher a min. of 3 hours before your lesson starts in case you cannot attend your class. Your teacher will do the same. * In case of repeated no-show (missed lessons) and late notifications, a charge of €8 might occur. Should unforeseen circumstances, emergencies happen your teacher will not charge you. * Thank you for your understanding. *

*2 értesítést fogsz kapni e-mailen keresztül a órád előtt: az elsőt 24 óraval az időpont előtt, a másodikat pedig 4 órával. *Kérlek lemondás/módosítás esetén értesítsd tanárodat legalább 3 órával az óra megkezdése előtt. Időpontodat módosíthatod, esetleg törölheted ingyenesen online is, min. 3 órával a nyelvóra előtt. Mindez tanárodra is érvényes. * Rendszeres óra lemondás és/vagy késői értesítés esetén tanárod fenntartja a jogot egy 8 euró összegű díj beszedésére.
